On August 11, 2020 the female shown in the pictures below used the victim's identifying information to obtain two cell phones with a combined value of $2850.00. This occurred in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake.

The two people shown in the pictures used a stolen credit card to make several purchases in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.  The card was stolen from Elizabeth City, NC.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On July 2, 2020 an unknown black male entered the Go Wireless retail store located on 836 Eden Way N. Chesapeake, VA 23320 and used a fake ID card and stolen credit card to obtain two cellphones valued at $1700.00.  If located the  suspect faces charges of Identity Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Credit Card Theft, Computer Fraud, and Obtaining Money by False Pretense.

On Monday, August 3, 2020 at approximately 8:20 pm an SUV parked in the 5000 block of Cape May Loop.  Two white males exited the vehicle and stole some plywood and drove away.

SEXUAL ASSAULT SUSPECTS

 

On June 27, 2020, at approximately 12:52 p.m., a female was walking down the 3200 block of Churchland Boulevard when a black male suspect attempted to make contact with her from his white pickup truck. The female dismissed his advances and continued walking to a Hotel located in the 3200 block of Western Branch Boulevard where she was renting a room. Upon entering her hotel room, the male seen in the attached pictures entered the room behind her and sexually assaulted her.

The below pictured suspect obtained the victim's credit card and used it at 7 Eleven, OfficeMax and Target in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.  Suspect is unknown at this time.  Total amount loss at this time $500+.

The suspect entered a specialty store on Woodlake Drive, took an HVAC product from behind the counter and put it in his car.  The suspect then came back into the store and took a drill from rack and went back to his car.  The suspect left in a silver four door BMW.

On 3/27/2020, these two subjects entered Wal-Mart located at 2448 Chesapeake Square Ring Road. The suspect wearing a black jacket reached over the jewelry counter and took 7 diamond rings and left without paying. Both subjects left in the same vehicle.

The person in the ATM picture (sitting in vehicle) removed the victim’s ATM card from the ABNB ATM located at 701 North Eden Way. Within 10 minutes the same person (other picture) makes two purchases (Champs and Foot Locker) and attempts one (Foot Action) inside Greenbrier Mall.

ASSAULT SUSPECTS

 

On 4/5/20 at approximately 9:00 p.m., an unknown black male entered a convenience store located in the 1900 block of Battlefield Blvd.  The male engaged in a verbal altercation with another customer over 'social distancing.'  The suspect brandished a firearm during the argument, then fled the store as the passenger in a silver SUV, possibly an Acura MDX, with temporary tags.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

Suspects entered the Walmart located at 1521 Sam's Cir on 03/10/2020 between 2:50 a.m. and 3:10 a.m.  The suspects attempted to purchase merchandise that was valued at $2,094.00 for under $300.00.  The suspects printed fake UPC stickers and placed them over the items they were purchasing.  Once the items were scanned, it alarmed the associates and the suspects left the store without the items in hand.

 

If the suspects are able to be identified, they will be charged with Forgery, Uttering, and Attempt to Obtain by false pretense.

The Victim is elderly (90 years old). She was contacted by a suspect via phone about her computer software and that he needed her to send him $4000.00.

 

The suspect asked that she send Best Buy gift cards and Google Play gift cards.

 

After the elderly victim provided the information from the gift cards, the monies were redeemed.

The suspect was identified as using stolen credit cards to purchase a forklift worth $15,000.00 from Gregory Poole Equipment Co. between 10/24/2019 - 11/05/2019 using the name Justin Camacho.  The forklift has not been located and neither has the suspect.  The pictures are from the suspects Instagram page that was identified by the victim.

An Unknown black female entered the 7 Eleven located at 956 Battlefield Blvd N. on 03/22/2020 at 2:40 a.m.  She reloaded a prepaid card using $350.00 dollars in counterfeit currency.  From the video surveillance, the female appears to also be pregnant.  Vehicle appears to be a black or dark color 4D Sedan.

 

If located, the charges will be Forgery, Uttering, Possession, Obtain by False Pretense, and Money Laundering.

The Suspect on camera used the victim's stolen card at the Navy Federal Credit Union located at 2124 Starmount Pkwy, Chesapeake, VA 23321 on 11/10/2019 @ 3:38 P.M.  It is unknown who this person is and how he obtained the victims account information to withdraw funds from her account.

 

If captured, suspect will be charges with credit card fraud, credit card theft, identity theft, and computer fraud.
