On June 5, 2018 two unknown black males entered a business in the 3300 block of S. Military Highway and exited through the back emergency door without paying for the merchandise.

On June 11, 2018 a white male approximately 6’0 with blond hair entered a business in the 1100 block of George Washington Highway N. and stole merchandise from the store.

The subject in the attached photo is a person of interest in a larceny that occurred on 06/19/2018 in the 1400 block of George Washington Highway N in the City of Chesapeake.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On June 17, 2018 a victim lost her VISA card at 7-Eleven. The suspect is seen using the credit card to make purchases at a local business in the 1400 block of Battlefield Blvd. The Suspect purchases two packs of Budweiser Beer and two cartons of Pall Mall cigarettes.

 

The attached photograph of the suspect, a white female, wearing a pink top and sunglasses. She is driving a silver Dodge Caravan.

 

Loss in this case is approximately $130.00

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

The pictured suspect has committed three separate larcenies from businesses in the Chesapeake area. One from Walmart on Chesapeake Square Ring Rd on 5/20/2018, and two from Lowe’s on Battlefield Blvd on 6/12/2018 and 6/20/2018. Total loss of merchandise is approximately $1,450. The suspect has most recently been seen driving a late 2000’s model Chevrolet 1500

The pictured suspect has committed three separate larcenies from businesses in the Chesapeake area. One from Walmart on Chesapeake Square Ring Rd on 5/20/2018, and two from Lowe’s on Battlefield Blvd on 6/12/2018 and 6/20/2018. Total loss of merchandise is approximately $1,450. FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On June 16, 2018 a Black male suspect, wearing white t-shirt and black hat entered the Walmart on Battlefield Blvd.  It is believed he is a “quick change artist”.  Suspect purchases small items for low dollar amounts and presents large bills, such as a one hundred dollar bill to pay. After several small purchases, suspect begins to ask for change and exchanges several bills to the point it confuses the cashier. The suspect “Flim-Flamed” the cashier of $500.00

March 21, 2018

 

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On June 13, 2018 between 2:05 pm and 2:21 pm an unknown black male and black female entered the Target located at 1316 Greenbrier Pkwy. The female suspect concealed $100 worth of merchandise in a purse. The female suspect was stopped by loss prevention while exiting the store at which point the male picked up the purse full of merchandise and left the store. Suspects were seen getting into a gray or silver Chrysler 200.

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

On May 18, 2018 an unknown black male and female entered the Walmart located at 1521 Sam’s Circle. Both individuals went to the laundry detergent section where the male loaded up the cart with gain laundry detergent valued at $319.52 while the female acted as lookout. Both suspects proceeded to the exit with the merchandise and got into a Chevy Malibu driven by the male. While fleeing the scene the suspect hit a parked vehicle causing over $1,000 in damage.

LARCENY SUSPECT

 

On May 31, 2018 a female entered The Yard Sale store located at 123 Battlefield Blvd. N. and stole $139 worth of jewelry and small decorative items. She got into a blue sedan, possibly a BMW 28 series. Suspect is a white female that has some sort of back tattoo on her back.

On May 1, 2018 an unknown suspect broke into a house in the 900 Block of State Street in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake.  The male took electronics and clothing items values at over $600.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On June 10, 2018 the Victim was at the WaWa Located at 720 Woodlake Dr. in Chesapeake. He was approached by a Middle Eastern male and female driving a white Chevrolet SUV with Florida tags (unknown tag number)

 

The suspects were selling jewelry (gold necklaces, rings and a rolex) for $1,200.00.

 

Victim paid suspect $1,200.00 cash for the jewelry. The victim found that the jewelry was fake.

On May 24, 2018, two females stole baby clothes from the Burlington at Chesapeake Square Mall.  The total value is less than $200.  They were seen getting into a white Chevrolet Malibu with Virginia tags.

On March 4, 2018 a black female suspect came to Video Game Heaven and used a stolen credit card number to purchase a video game console.  The video game was then resold and money was then obtained.  Suspect left the area in what appears to be a silver vehicle.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On May 20, 2018 an unknown Hispanic male entered the Walmart located at 1521 Sam’s Circle. The male selected a television and exited the store. The male was stopped by loss prevention and dropped the television. The male reentered the store moments later and selected another television and beer and exited the store again. The male was stopped and dropped the merchandise and fled on foot. The total loss of the attempted larceny was $571.98.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On May 20, 2018, at approximately 1345 hours, a hover board was stolen from the Walmart on Chesapeake Square Ring Rd.  Two black males arrived in a silver Mercedes SUV driven by a black female.  The two males walked into the store separately.  The male in the black shirt picks a hover board.  The male in the white shirt tries to distract the greeter at the garden center exit while the male in the black shirt exits with the hover board.

On 05/17/2018 two unknown females that appear to be mother and daughter entered the Kohl’s located at 1547 Sam’s Circle and concealed merchandise consisting of clothing items, candles, and greeting cards value at over $200.00. LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

An unknown black male suspect entered the Walmart located at 1521 Sam’s Circle on May 22, 2018 at 3:40 a.m. He selects a shopping cart and loads it up with $528.43 worth of Tide Pods and Bounty Unstoppables. The Suspect then walks out of the store, retrieves his vehicle, loads up the merchandise, and drives away. Vehicle is a silver SUV, believed to either be a Chevrolet Equinox or a Ford Explorer.

On 5/17/2018 at approximately 2115 hours an unknown Hispanic or Asian male with tattoos entered DSW located at 1412 Greenbrier Pkwy, proceeded to an aisle, selected a pair of Adidas shoes, and wore them out of the store without paying. Shoes are valued at $79.99.

This person is believed to have used counterfeit checks at Walmart’s in Chesapeake, Gloucester,
Midlothian and Richmond. He also used a check at the Big Lots in Gloucester.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On 04/30/2018 an unknown white male and female entered the Target located at 1316 Greenbrier Pkwy.  Each purchased hard drives. On 05/02/2018 the same two individuals returned to the Target and made a fraudulent return for the hard drives, each receiving over $200.00. The suspects had removed the merchandise and filled the box with modeling clay to appear as unopened. The suspects are believed to be involved in the same offense in Virginia Beach and Norfolk.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

The attached photos are from security video at the Walgreens located in the 1400 block of Cedar Road in Chesapeake. The male and female subject entered the store, the female subject entered the back office area of the store and removed several credit cards from Walgreen’s employees. Both subjects left the store and used the victim’s credit cards throughout the Tidewater Area.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

 

On 04/28/2018, Victims who reside in Virginia Beach had their Debit card numbers compromised and used at a local business in Chesapeake (Battlefield Blvd corridor).  Suspects, pictured below, used re-encoded cards to make numerous fraudulent purchases of gift cards.  Suspects used between 6-8 different cards to make purchases of gift cards.  Approximate loss is $850.00
