LARCENY SUSPECT

 

On March 15, 2019 the below pictured male entered the Grassfield Walmart and took a Shark Vacuum Cleaner without paying for it.  He left the area in the below pictured vehicle.

On March 7, 2019 the victim accidentally left her cell phone on the counter at the 7-eleven at 1025 Eden Way N.  The next customer picks the phone up and leaves the store.

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

Location: 1521 Sam’s Cir. Chesapeake, VA 23320 (Walmart)

 

Amount loss: Over $300.00+

 

Two black males and two black female suspects driving in a silver 4D compact sedan arrived at the Walmart on the above date.  The males exited the vehicle and walked into the Walmart.  The males used counterfeit $50.00 dollar bills to complete the transaction.  The two male suspects walked out of the Walmart and got into the same vehicle.  Minutes later, two black females exited the same vehicle and walked into the Walmart.  The two females attempted to purchase a gift card worth $300.00 using counterfeit $50.00 dollar bills.  The females were not able to complete the transaction and was given the counterfeit money back.  They exited the store and left in the same vehicle as the male suspects. 

 

Charges pending will be Forgery of Counterfeit Note, Utter Counterfeit Note, Possession of Counterfeit Note, and Obtaining Money by False Pretense.

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

On February 15, 2019 at around 1439 hrs. an unknown black male took a wallet from the counter of business, located in the 1100 block of North Georg Washington Hwy.

The suspect was wearing a blue/gray plaid jacket with a white crew neck tee shirt underneath.  The victim’s driver’s license, shipyard identification, and Town Bank debit card were inside of the wallet at the time of the offense.

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

On February 15, 2019, at the Greenbrier Mall, a black male attempted to steal 3 pairs of shoes with a total value of $507.00.  The witness was able to recover 1 pair of shoes.  The victim provided screenshots from the suspect's Instagram account.   The suspect has deleted the Instagram account since the screenshots were taken.

Location: 1401 Greenbrier Pw. Chesapeake, VA (Greenbrier Mall)

 

Approximate Loss: $2,000.00

 

Unknown male using victim’s card making unauthorized purchases at Greenbrier Mall.  Victim’s credit card was taken out of his vehicle.  Charges pending will be Identity Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Credit Card Theft, and Computer Fraud.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

Date 01/31/2019  

 

Victim advised that her credit card was compromised at an unknown location. The suspect used the credit card (number) at a local business in Deep Creek on Yadkin Rd.

 

The suspect purchased gift cards.

 

Suspect is a black male, with a beard, wearing work clothes, red hoodie and Chicago Bulls hat.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On January 17, 2019 this suspect attempted to use a compromised bank card at the Office Max located in the 1300 block of  Greenbrier Pkwy for $635.99, and the Game Stop located in the 1300 block if Greenbrier Pkwy for $317.99.  There were also two purchases for $436.52 and $432.94 from the Best Buy located in the 1300 block of Greenbrier Pkwy.

FRAUD SUSPECTS

 

On January 23, 2019 an unknown black male entered DSW Shoe Warehouse located at 1412 Greenbrier PW in the City of Chesapeake. The male selected a $5.29 item and went to the cashier. The male provided the cashier with $100.29. The male distracted the cashier and was able to get the $100.00 back and the cashier provided change for the $100.00 providing the male with $94.71.  The male left the store on foot.

On January 14, 2019 two suspects entered the cellular phone store located at 4300 Portsmouth Blvd.  The suspects walked to the phone display and ripped five phones off of the display and ran out of the store.  They were last seen running out of the store heading toward Chesapeake Square Ring Rd.

The below pictured suspect used a compromised debit/credit card at the Food Lion on Bainbridge. A short time later the same suspect attempted to use the same card at the Food Lion on Volvo Parkway. He also used a second card that was also compromised while there. He is seen getting into a smaller black four door vehicle.

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

On December 1, 2018 at approximately 2:20 pm, two suspects went into the Food Lion located at 2617 Moses Grandy Trail and concealed food items into a reusable grocery bag totaling $100.00. Both suspects walked through all points of sale without paying for the merchandise.   The male suspect is described at a light skinned black male, Afro styled hair, and heavy set build. The female suspect is described as a white female, reddish hair, and has a heavy set build.  Both are pictured below.

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

Suspects backed into a parking spot in front of the general merchandise side of the Walmart in the 600 block of Grassfield Pkwy. The three entered the store together via the grocery entrance, selected merchandise, then exited via the general merchandise exit to their vehicle (the general merchandise side is closed this time of night, so one of them had to manually open the sliding door by pushing them open).

 

Merchandise was 3 Razor brand hoverboards valued at $744.

LARCENY SUSPECTS

 

This offense occurred on December 2, 2018 around 1:00 pm. In the parking lot of Clark Roofing and Siding.  The suspect is possibly a white male, driving a red or maroon Nissan.  The suspect broke a pad lock, which was attached to a trailer.  The suspect then removed air power tools accessories and a ladder from the trailer.  The suspect vehicle doesn’t have a front license plate and it doesn’t appear to have an inspection sticker on the front windshield.

On November 18, 2018 a black male and black female entered Sam's Club, selected six bags of seafood and concealed them in a black bag and black purse.  Both were seen leaving in a dark colored vehicle, unknown make and model.

BURGLARY SUSPECTS

 

On 10/3/018 a group of suspects conducted a commercial burglary at the DJI Drone Store located in Parkview Shopping Center. The suspects broke in using axes and stole a large quantity of drones from the business. Suspects were seen getting into a newer model Chevrolet Tahoe with no license plates which was loaded up with the stolen merchandise.

On November 29, 2018 around 12:00 P.M. two black males and one black female entered the Walmart store, located at 632 Grassfield Pkwy. They exited the store a short time later with approximately $40 worth of merchandise. They were last seen getting into a 2002 Beige Honda
